Project Proposals & Price Quotes

More than just a price quote, I provide a detailed project proposal for nearly every inquiry I receive.

Each Proposal Includes:

• Project Overview & Summary

  A description of your business, the proposed focus of your web content, and a summary of your web content project.

• Quoted Pages

  A page by page breakdown of your project detailing what pages I'm quoting, what I'll do, and an estimate of how long it will take to do it.

• Project agreement

  A detailed description of what I'll need from you to complete your project and what you can expect from me.

• Pricing

  I charge a flat rate for single page projects such as press releases. Your deposit pays your single-page project in full. All multiple page projects require a minimum of one-half of the project price, not less than $100.00

  I base multiple page project quotes on an estimate of total billable hours. However, you never pay more than the estimated cost in my quote and if your project finishes under the quoted price, you pay only for actual billable hours.
